VIVA la Musica has arranged bus trips to Guadalajara’s Teatro Degollado for Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra performances, which begin at 8:30 p.m. on Fridays and 12:30 p.m. on Sundays.
The first is set for Sunday, February 17 for a program of music by Latin American composers, Moncayo, Campa, Sensemaya and Castro, with Daniel Andai on violin. Leslie Dunner will conduct. Further trips are planned for Sunday, February 24, Sunday, March 3, Friday, March 8, Friday, March 15 and Friday, March 22 (see page 23 for more details).
Tickets are 250 pesos for VIVA members and 350 pesos for non-members.
