The 9th annual Puerto Vallarta Altruism Festival takes place in the beachfront garden at the Marriott CasaMagna Resort in Marina Vallarta on Sunday, May 5, 6 p.m.
The event features top restaurants offering food and refreshments, as well as live entertainment and dancing. Proceeds benefit many local charities and non-profit organizations. Each will feature an exposition booth at the festival, providing information about the impact they have on the Puerto Vallarta community.

Barbara, PV Rotary Club, Ciudades Hermanas Sta. Barbara, Desayunos para Niños, Salvation Army, Esperanza & Alegría, Entre Amigos San Pancho, Fundacion Down PV, Fidecomiso Estero de El Salado, Impulso de Águila, International Friendship Club, Paraiso Felino, Pasitos de Luz, Pet Heaven, Toys For Tots, PV Navy League and the Vallarta Botanical Gardens. Tickets include food, drinks and entertainment, and cost 300 pesos in advance or 400 pesos at the door. Tickets are available from any of the above named charities.
