After three postponements, Chapala Mayor Javier Degollado appeared Wednesday, March 16 at the Centro Cultural Antigua Presidencia to present the awaited review of his administration’s 150-day milestone.
Following the projection of a trio of slick video shorts showing off Chapala in its best light, he gave an impassioned off-the-cuff speech covering achievements of the past five months in office and expectations for the months to come.
As he finished his speech, the mayor got an adoring look from wife Betty Guzman (left).
