Local divers to compete in Edinburgh

Four Tapatio divers are among the eight-person Mexican team that has traveled to Edinburgh, Scotland to compete in the 2013 World Diving Series, which takes place April 19 to 21.
Ivan Garcia and German Sanchez, who won silver medals in the London 2012 Olympic Games, will compete in the ten-meter synchronized diving. Another Tapatia, Alejandra Orozco, who only turns 16 on the first day of the competition, will take part in the female version of the same event, having also won a silver medal in London last year. The final Guadalajara-born competitor is Yahel Castillo, who will participate in the three-meter synchronized springboard.
