Puerto Vallarta cooks up a treat

Twenty-seven hotels and restaurants are participating in Puerto Vallarta’s 19th International Gourmet Festival, which runs from November 14 to 23.
The brainchild of Maître Cuisinier de France Chef Thierry Blouet, Heinz Reize of Hotel Krystal and Silvan Müller of Nestle, the first festival was held in November 1995, with the aim of promoting Vallarta’s vibrant culinary scene on a world stage.
