Have Hammer ... Will Travel will be relocating its premises later this month.
The carpentry and woodworking school, in existence since 2007, moved to its current location at Hidalgo 110 in Riberas del Pilar in 2012. However, health and safety concerns have precipitated a further move to Hidalgo 231, across the street and a few doors to the west. This was formerly the location of Lakeside Presbyterian Church.
The move is expected to take approximately three weeks while electrical and ventilation modifications are installed. Volunteer help is being sought, in the forms of cleaning, electrical wiring, installation of new wall partitions, moving of small items, use of carts and dollies, use of trucks and/or trailers, and donations to pay for moving the large machines. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
