The north shore of Banderas Bay is once again hosting the Mexico Cup Regatta.

This year’s annual Arts for the Turtles fundraiser is set for Thursday, February 27, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Bahia del Sol Condos in Nuevo Vallarta.

More than 60 people and 30 dogs picniced at the Bucerias Tercera Edad senior center on January 26.  The event was organized by the Animal Spay and Neuter “Team” from Amigos de Bucerias, A.C.

In December, Nuevo Vallarta was brimming with culinary delights, all in the name of charity.

Numerous Bucerias and La Cruz restaurants are offering Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners.

The 13th annual Chili Cookoff will be held on the Marina Nuevo Vallarta malecon on Saturday, December 7, from 4-8 p.m.
