Ballet dancer back in town

Back from his second year studying at London’s Royal School of Ballet, Tapatio dancer Esteban Hernandez will perform in Guadalajara at the Foro de Arte y Cultura (Fray Antonio Alcalde 1451, Miraflores) on August 2.

Hernandez, 18, will take part in classic ballet “Pirouetteando,” performing a personal favorite of his, “Diana & Acteon,” alongside Patricia Velazquez, winner of the Opera Prima 2011 dance competition.

Meanwhile, after four years with the San Francisco Ballet, Esteban’s older brother Isaac Hernandez has decided to move to Europe next month to join the Dutch National Ballet.
