Bank complaints rise

Complaints filed against Mexican financial institutions increased by 13 percent this year, reports the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of the Users of Financial Services (Condusef).
Most complaints are for erroneous charges because of lost, stolen or cloned credit and debit cards.
