An 18-year-old drunk driver faces a lengthy spell in prison after he was arraigned without bail this week after causing the deaths of two children and a 17-year-old in the Colonia Balcones de Oblatos neighborhood of Guadalajara.
Authorities say Luis Enrique Gomez Flores was at the wheel of a GMC Envoy that initially struck a 12-year-old cyclist, and then careened into a teenage couple and finally struck a seven-year-old girl on a skateboard. Three of the four, including the two children, died.
