The former director of metro area Guadalajara’s water utility is behind bars and will go on trial for the misuse of public funds.
Rodolfo Ocampo ran the Intermunicipal Water and Sewage Authority (SIAPA) during the 2007-2013 administration of Jalisco Governor Emilio Gonzalez Marquez.
He was arrested at his home in Ciudad Bugambilias on Friday, June 14.
