The latest move to create a cycling corridor on one of Zapopan’s busiest thoroughfares is being met with vigorous opposition.
Business owners and residents say the new bicycle paths being laid on both sides of Avenida Santa Margarita will reduce commerce in the zone, compound parking issues and provoke traffic jams.
