Guadalajara municipal police officers stacked their patrol cars with dozens of mutli-colored plastic balls Monday, December 23.
Parking them outside city hall, the officers proceeded to hand out the gifts to kids in the city center. Not to be left out, Mayor Ramiro Hernandez then joined in the fun.
