It takes of team of four to assist 10-year-old Ismael with his exercise routine at the Pepe Martinez Equine Therapy Center.
The boy, who suffers from multiple birth defects including severe cerebral palsy and vital organ ailments, is among 30 patients enrolled for treatment at the center’s country headquarters.
