Schools lack software and training for new laptops

Between them, Guadalajara’s present and previous municipal administrations have delivered 3,000 laptop computers to local primary schools, with another 500 still to come.
However, the laptops do not come with any additional educational software, unlike those supplied in other parts of Mexico by the Publication Education Secretary (SEP). Nor have the teachers received the necessary computer training.
